A work in progress. Think of this as a lazy man’s portfolio. I use the Longer B1 36w with Lightburn to make these pieces.

Dota 80mmx80mm Laser Cut Wood Marquetry. This one was designed and cut by me to test the tolerances of the Longer. Here you can see no kerf gap.
Dota 80mmx80mm Laser Cut Wood Marquetry. This one was I made with the spare pieces from the last test. You can see the amount of material that was burned away / sacrificed. But the kerf gap is pronounced.
Laser Test. This one is with +19% brightness. Horizontal grain. You can see differences in the vertical-grain image. This is more pronounced in real-life.
